Design Process
Design Consultation
Visit our showroom, talk to our senior design team, tell us your needs, taste and the budget you would like to spend.
Free design and onsite measure
We create free draft design for you. If you decide to go with us, we will require a 50% deposit to be paid. We will then come to your house and take accurate measurements. The detailed design will be produced within 1-3 working days for you to sign off. Please note the free design covers changes up to 3 times.
We make it happen
We schedule the delivery within 2-7 working days after another 45% payment is made. The rest of 5% balance should be paid before bench top installation. Our installers will work along side you until the project meets your satisfaction.
Pick up and DIY
We have many of items available in stock for you to choose. You are most welcome to pick up the items you like and enjoy the fun of DIY at home. We can also create a free draft design according your requirements.
